Staff

We have a team of 15 staff, all of whom wear name badges for your convenience.

The cooks arrive at 8am to make breakfast, squeeze you a juice and brew you coffee. They finish their day at 4pm although they will stay longer to assist with dinner if requested.

Laundry

Each bedroom has a basket for laundry.
If you have delicate items, or if there is a possibility any items may shrink or run, please advise Housekeeping on the form provided.
Garments taken one morning will normally be returned by the following evening. If you need something in a hurry please advise Housekeeping.
Whilst every care is taken with your clothes we regret we cannot take responsibility for items not washing up to your expectations.
All laundry items will be billed at the end of your stay.

Broadband Internet
The villas have broadband wireless Internet access. Network key codes will be supplied on arrival.

Electricity
The Estate is powered by the main power grid which provides electricity at @220VAC, 50Hz which is supported by our own 124Kw backup generator in case of power failure.

Anyar Estate Transport
Pak Kus is Anyar Estate’s private driver. He speaks good English and drives a brand new Toyota Fortuna which seats 7 passengers in comfort.
The car and driver rental period is 8 hours per day. Extra hours will be charged at Rp60,000 per hour and billed at the end of your stay.
We can arrange motor scooters that are fun, give you heaps of independence and are a great way to get around. A scooter and helmet costs about Rp50,000 per day. We highly recommend that you obtain your international motorbike licence first. However, if you don’t have one and get pulled over, it generally only means a slightly higher fine (expect to pay about Rp50,000 for whatever you have or haven’t done!)
Finally, we can also arrange bicycles. The roads are generally flat and it is easy to pedal around. It shouldn't take more than 30 minutes to ride into the hustle and bustle of central Seminyak and it is easy enough to find your way back.

Food & Drink
Anyar Estate's Cooking Service
This service is included with your villa. You can either do your own food shopping or Iluh or Kadek will organise for it for you.
They can prepare many delicious Indonesian and Western dishes and many of our guests like to have their dinners cooked for them.
The cooks usually work from 8am to 4pm. Guests who require them to work longer hours will be charged at Rp40,000 per hour.

Other choices for dinner include stoking up the BBQ or ordering in. Alternatively, there are hundreds of restaurants all within a 15 to 20 minute taxi ride, particularly along Jalan Legian and Jalan Oberoi.

We also highly recommend The Beach House on Echo Beach, Canggu, which is a fantastic surf beach for locals and tourists alike. The Beach House is open from 8am until 11pm 7 days a week, and is great for breakfast, long lunches and fresh seafood BBQ’s served right on the beach every night. The sunset drinks at 5pm are a great way to end the day, and Sunday nights feature live music.

Wine & Beer Delivery
The Beach House will also deliver crates of cold beer and can supply a diverse range of wines & spirits. The Beach House will also deliver food to your door. Open for breakfast until dinner call (0361) 7474604. The staff know Villa Anyar.

In-House Entertainment
Anyar Estate is equipped to receive more than 80 international television channels and every villa has docking stations for iPods, flat screen TVs and DVD players in the living areas, and flat screen TVs in every bedroom.

Personal Stuff
Privacy
Housekeeping and gardening staff start work at 9am, if you require complete privacy please advise the Estate Manager who will organise a suitable time for the staff to clean your villa and pool.

Babysitting
The Balinese adore children and are excellent babysitters. Our Estate Manager can organise a full time nanny for you at the current rate or if you just want occasional evening babysitting, 1 or 2 of our day staff can help out. For this we charge Rp50,000 per hour per member of staff which will be billed at the end of your stay.

Massage
Guests can book massages through our Estate Manager. The charge is Rp100,000 per hour. It's up to you how much extra you want to give as a tip.
There are also many spas to visit:

Body Works for manicures, pedicures and cream baths,
Glo Spa for manicures, pedicures, facials and waxing.
